Dear Trolls 2 – Legal Threats
The trolls repeated bring up that London Andrews took or wanted to legal action against me. But, their premeditated ignorance is misrepresenting events. From October to the end of December London repeatedly made threats online of legal action. ‘Getting the police involved’. All sorts of threats against me on all sorts of spurious ground. I even posted some legal advice, in relation to this, as the UK legal system is so different from the USA’s.
Basically my attitude was : ‘Go ahead, make my day !’ (there are reasons for my confidence)
Then in December, London Andrews made another allegation – lie – about me.
It appeared that someone had sending phishing emails to photographers, claiming to represent London, asking for photos, because London had had suffered a technical problem, computer crash or whatever, and lost loads of photo albums. This was not me. It’s not my style. It’s not my way of doing things. It’s not my personality.
You don’t know this, because you don’t know me. But, she does !
Worse, it turned out that London knew this person doing the phishing was based in Holland. So, it could not be me and she knew it. Yet, she maliciously blamed me.
This lead to an angry exchange of emails between us. Because this lie enraged me, because she knew and had originally posted that that the phisher was Dutch. This was before she decided to to exploit the situation and blame me ! Being angry (unusual for me) I might have slipped up ?
I told her what my defence would be, if she did take me to court in the UK. That defence is all this evidence, factual and circumstantial, that I am posting here on this blog. No, my legal defence was simply this : Independent access to her internet service provider and mobile phone, logging on records for 2021 and 2022.
Her reaction to this ?
London deleted almost all the posts that threatening legal action. Put my personal details, address etc online, as a parting shot and then has never publicly mentioned me since.
